By accessing our Site, requesting a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Vismo3D
Vismo3D is a premium 3D Product Animation Studio founded by Abu Taher Bulbul, specializing in 3D product modeling, animation, industrial and medical visualization, photorealistic rendering, and marketing video production for businesses worldwide.

We provide professional 3D visualization services, including but not limited to:

The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon separately with each client, typically following a free consultation.
3. Free Consultation
Vismo3D offers a free Google Meet consultation to discuss your product and project requirements. This consultation does not create any binding obligation for either party until a project is formally agreed upon, whether verbally, in writing, or through payment of an agreed fee.
4. Project Quotes, Payments & Delivery
- Project pricing is determined based on complexity, scope, and timeline, and will be communicated to the client before work begins.
- An advance payment may be required before a project starts, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revisions requested, and the client's responsiveness in providing feedback or required materials.
- Final files will be delivered through the agreed communication channel (email, cloud storage link, etc.) once full payment has been received.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate product information, reference files, CAD data, images, or sketches as needed
- Respond to feedback requests and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure they have the legal right to share any files, designs, or materials provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
6. Revisions
The number of included revisions will be specified in the project agreement or quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final delivered animation/visualization files for the agreed purpose (e.g., marketing, product presentation).
- Vismo3D retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion.
- Any proprietary tools, techniques, base 3D assets, or working files created by Vismo3D during production remain the intellectual property of Vismo3D unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must ensure they own or have proper licensing rights for any materials, logos, CAD files, or reference content they provide to us.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client project details, product concepts, and shared files as confidential. We will not disclose or use confidential project materials for purposes outside the agreed project, except where the client grants permission for portfolio or marketing use.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a client cancels a project after work has begun, fees for work already completed will not be refunded.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once production has started, as they secure project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Any cancellation or refund terms specific to a project will be clarified in the individual project agreement or quote.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vismo3D strives to deliver high-quality, accurate visualizations. However, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered animations or visualizations
- Delays caused by incomplete or late information/materials provided by the client
- Technical issues arising from third-party software, platforms, or file formats outside our control
- Any misuse of delivered files by the client or third parties
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our Site and communications may reference or link to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Meet. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of these third-party services.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or to submit false, misleading, or harmful content or materials as part of a project request.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
